Williamsburg Condo Market--a snapshot from 2007

I found this graph of asking prices that i had made 2 years ago:

These were average list or asking prices, not contract prices, for a select set of Williamsburg condo projects.  But since everything sold within $10-$20k of asking, it gives a pretty clear idea of what apartments were going for back then.  One caveat: a few of these buildings had sluggish sales, particularly the ones around McCarren Park.  For those buildings, the units that sold, sold at the prices in the graph.  The units that didn't sell, well...some of them are still around
