Another downtown Brooklyn shot

If if had cropped out the foreground, this shot would not have looked out of place on Brickell Blvd in Miami. Avalon Myrtle, as i like to call it, will probably be finished early next year, while the forte is essentially in foreclosure, as reported last week.
