Located on the West Side Highway at West 19th Street; this is a
23-story building with 72 luxury units. The developer, Cape Advisors
commissioned French celebrity architect Jean Nouvel to design the
building.

The best view of this building is actually from the west side of The West Side Highway. Although it is way behind schedule, its design is one of the more handsome of the recent boom. I was hoping to get a more dramatic shot, but the lighting was rather flat the day i was there.
